Rates are based on Double Occupancy and are subject to an
additional 7% NJ Sales Tax and 5% NJ Occupancy Tax.
Three night minimum for weekend reservations in July, August and most holidays.
Four night minimum July 4^th. Extra guest in a room which can accommodate is $50 nightly.
We welcome well behaved children over the age of 16.

No Smoking is permitted anywhere on the grounds.
Pets are not allowed, but we invite you to visit with ours.

(Bed linens, towels, beach passes and daily housekeeping are provided; breakfast is not included.)

The Cottage – Cozy and informal with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in each), bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area and private deck with grill. Maximum occupancy 4 guests. $2,200 per week Friday -Friday

The Carriage House – Very private studio with queen bed, bathroom with spa shower, fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area with single pullout and private patio with grill. Maximum occupancy 3 guests. $1,800 per week Friday - Friday

The Light House – Studio with queen bed, bathroom with tub/shower, fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area with single rollaway and private entrance. Maximum occupancy 3 guests. $1,500 per week Friday - Friday

Discount and specials do not apply to weekly rentals

A 50 % deposit is required at the time you make your reservation with the balance due at check in. A refund of deposit less a $50 charge per room will be made if a cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to your reservation date. Within 30 days, the aforementioned refund policy applies only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation. Cancellations received within 10 days (30 days for Weekly Rentals) of your arrival date will not be refunded and the entire reservation will be charged to your account. Management is not responsible for inclement weather, health issues, early departures or for any other reason beyond our control. There are no refunds or changes on one night bookings and gift certificates.
